MM:        I've been performing for over 20 years, singing all my life though.

IEC:        WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST MOTIVATION TO SINGING GOSPEL MUSIC?
MM:        Allowing God to use me to break up fallow ground and destroy yokes in people’s lives.

IEC:        HAVE YOU EVER SUNG OTHER STYLES OF MUSIC?
MM:        Yes, R&B for about 4 years.

IEC:        WHO ARE SOME YOUR GREATEST MUSICAL INFLUENCES?
MM:        The Clark Sisters, LaShun Pace, Kelly Price, Beyonce, Faith Evans.

IEC:        ARE YOU WORKING ON ANY PROJECTS NOW? IF SO, WHEN CAN EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO EXPECT THEM? 
MM:        Yes my cd titled, Moore to the Story, coming out in April of this year.

MM:         That I am a servant that is being used by God with one mission in mind and that’s to get people                delivered.

MM:        Micah Dobbins, Doc Watson, Meshun, Raynard Gibson, Jaaz are my producers.  I’ve done background                vocals for Pastor Murphy on the We are One cd (Full Gospel).

IEC:        YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING TOWARDS BEING ORDAINED AS A MINISTER, CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE                BIT ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AND SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU HAVE HAD TO DO?
MM:        I am studying now and do my first sermon on 1/18/09, I will give more info after my sermon.

IEC:        WHAT ARE SOME OF THE GOALS THAT YOU HAVE SET FOR YOURSELF IN 2009?
MM:        To be more focused on ministry, spend more quality time with my family.

IEC:        YOU PERFORM REGULARY THROUGHOUT THE SOUTHEAST, NAME SOME OF YOUR UPCOMING                PERFORMANCE DATES?
MM:        I will need to check my schedule.

IEC:        IS THERE ANYTHING THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO LET YOUR AUDIENCE KNOW ABOUT YOU THAT WE DID NOT                COVER IN OUR INTERVIEW? IF SO, USE THIS TIME TO LET THEM KNOW?
MM:        Yes, that the way the music industry is currently headed, don’t sell out.  Wait on God, trust God and don’t get                caught up in paying for show cases, I’m completely against competing in the kingdom of God.
